I am in full support of stringent enforcement of approved building plans. Builders and owners flagrantly take the approach better to ask forgiveness than permission. On site enforcement inspections should not be done at the end when neighbors don't want to go through months of torture to have a situation corrected as happened with a 9' wall to accommodate a fountain that the owner wanted to use at 342 Seaspray.
