ARC-24-0108 (ZON-24-0066) 1519 N OCEAN WAY (COMBO) The applicant, 1519 N Ocean Way #1 LLC & 1519 N Ocean Way #2 LLC (Maura Ziska, Attorney), has filed an application requesting Architectural Commission review and approval for a new two-story single-family residence of over 10,000 sq ft and detached guest house with final hardscape, landscape and swimming pool improvements. A special exception with site plan review is required to redevelop the existing nonconforming parcel and zoning variances are required to exceed maximum building height, maximum overall building height, and to permit improvements within the ocean bulkhead setback. The Town Council shall review the application as it pertains to zoning relief/approval. This application has been withdrawn by the applicant.
