I've attached two letters of support for the proposed project at 301 Polmer Park Rd. Please add them to the official record.
Thank you so much,
Paul Courchene
I am contacting you on behalf of the property owner in the neighborhood; specifically, the adjoining property to the west at 311 Polmer Park.
I have had an opportunity to review the revised plans for the above property.
The revised plans propose a fine addition to the neighborhood and encourage ARCOM to approve it.

I would like to thank you and Mr. Carney for listening to my concerns and my wife's concerns about the
previously proposed plans for construction at 301 Polmer Park. Those plans included a tall building along
the north side property line that would have towered over my home and backyard.
Your latest design, that you recently shared with me, addresses those concerns. Thank you.
