Dear ARCOM,
Our meeting date with you this week falls on Rosarian spring break with our children, so we will be out of town. But we want to express our utmost thanks for your consideration of our project update for 171 El Pueblo Way.
We come to you with two minor items: we would like to change the oval shape of the pool to rectilinear, to make a more handsome accommodation of the spa. Our landscape architect, Don Skowron of BGS, has designed a sympathetic design for the house without requesting any variances or setback changes.
We also trust our architect Stan Dixon for his introduction of a small balcony on the east side.
Thank you very much for your consideration of these two items.
We have taken pains to talk to our neighbors in the surrounding lots and tell them about the project work and discuss the reasoning behind the meeting today.
Thank you again for your review of our project and the time that you give to our town.
