The Architectural Commission (ARCOM) shall perform design review of the application. [Architectural Commission Recommendation: Implementation of the proposed variances will not cause negative architectural impacts on the subject property.     I am writing to support this variance request: ARC-24-0080. Although I have objected to excessive variance requests for projects in the past, this one is so modest and commonsensical that I feel I have to speak in support. The 141 Atlantic project is a sensitive and thoughtful effort to bring a dilapidated house back into life. The very modest 18" curb cut sought will significantly improve traffic flow and safety on this narrow street. I urge you to approve this request.
