    To Whom It May Concern,
My husband Ken and I live at 200 Mockingbird Trail which is on the corner of Mockingbird and North Ocean Way. We have seen the plans, both original and revised for the property formerly known as 110 Mockingbird Trail. This is directly across North Ocean Way from our home. We are sending this note in favor of the new guest house etc. We also appreciate the revisions to decrease the height and roof changes. We are sure when this project is completed it will be as lovely as their current home and a nice addition to our corner of the North End.
    Sincerely,
    Amy Viellieu

    Dear Arcom members:
We are writing to you in regard to the proposed project at 1214 North Ocean Blvd.
We have lived at the adjacent south property for the last 17 years.
We thank you for your constructive comments at last month’s Arcom meeting regarding the proposed design of the structures and providing direction to the architect's team to address the design as it was presented. We trust that you will continue to address the design of the project under the standards of the code.
We ask that you please review the latest plans for the equipment placements and setbacks at the south and west portions of the property. The revised site plan has moved the pool heater, pool equipment, and generator along our property line. There are now six pieces of equipment and a guest house on a 34,000 square foot parcel as close to our property as the setbacks will allow. The property size and project scope allow for the equipment to be placed in an appropriate location that is also considerate of the setbacks and of the neighbors. There must be a better solution to the site planning on a lot of this size. Please consider the overall site in reviewing the project, its setbacks to the south, and the placement of equipment. Thank you for your time, commitment, and consideration.
We have spoken with the project architect to express our concerns and have asked him to find resolutions.
    With sincere thanks,
    David Khoury and Aubrey Khoury
