Good afternoon,
Please forward this email to the appropriate individuals.
It is my understanding 241 Fairview Rd will come before ARCOM on July 24, 2024 to request an extension of time to obtain their permit(s).
I am always pleased to know neighbors are maintaining and improving their property. I have no objection to an extension providing, the similar project recently approved across the street is not happening at the same time.
Our street is often cluttered with service vehicles, landscape debris, and construction trucks making it difficult to drive or walk down the street. I am concerned that if these two projects occur at the same time our street will be impassible. This has happened with construction at 2 ends of the street so I can only imagine with the projects across the street from each other, it will be a nightmare for those of us residing on Fairview Rd.
The work at 241 Fairview Rd should have been well underway and nearing completion by now which would not cause any issues.
Please do whatever is in your power to condition the extension on timing this project so it does not coincide with the one across the street that was recently approved.
Thank you,
Ralph Del Deo
