6. ARC-24-0124 232 COLONIAL LANE The applicant, George and Zvenka Kleinfield, have filed an application requesting Architectural Commission review and approval for installation of a perimeter fence on the South property line.
In May 2023, my house, 232 Colonial LN, was approved for a fence with detailed specifications. Dustin, my landscape architect, and I have met with my neighbor, Mr Wolfe, numerous times trying to resolve his issues with moving forward with the installation of the approved fence. We have finally come to an agreement regarding every aspect of the approved fence installation except the area from my west boundary to roughly 20 feet east. I own this land that Mr Wolfe has an issue with.
With this fence, I will have access to keep this land clear and maintain the newly installed fence and the 7 ft high cinder block was that was installed last spring. Mr Wolff’s request to cede this land to him is nonnegotiable. That is my property and I respectfully request that ARCOM recognize my property rights and enable me to move forward with installation of the fence to secure my property.
