We are writing in support of the new residence proposed for 2308 Ibis Isle Road. The proposed home, on a rare, corner waterfront lot will be a welcome addition to our Isle.
We have lived on Ibis Isle since 2006 and are pleased that the design of many of the new homes conform to a high standard. The design put forth by Michael Berman and Victoria Hagan is such a house. It is thoughtful, elegant and appropriate to the neighborhood. The tropical modern style is similar to the house we built in 2014. Many people say that ours is their favorite house on Ibis Isle. I think we will now have some competition!

We live in the property due north of the house Michael Berman and Victoria Hagen would like to build at 2308 Ibis Isle Rd., W.
We have known Michael and Victoria since they completely redid the property at 2323 Ibis Isle R. W.
Michael and Victoria have shown us renderings of their plans for the new house on the corner lot immediately south of us.
Sue and I are in favor of the new construction project for the following reasons:
1) Michael and Victoria did an extremely tasteful job on the first house they did on Ibis Isle. (2323 Ibis Isle Rd., W.)
2) We have seen the plans for the proposed new construction and have discussed the project. We appreciate there will be no looming structure looking into our backyard and that our privacy will be respected.
3) We believe Victoria to be at the top of her profession as a designer and that this will be reflected in the project.
