    Dear Arcom members
This is my second email to oppose the work being done at 203 South Lake Trail. I’m happy to see the pickle courts are gone, but the second entrance is not needed and will create a lot of problems in our already small crowded street. The proposed service entrance brings vehicles into the exact same place as their existing entrance does. Our street is small, crowded with parked cars and trucks already and the Lake Trail doesn’t need traffic coming out right there at that corner.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Dear ARCOM Members,
I am writing to you today in regards to the 203 S. Lake Trail application . When it first was presented to ARCOM, I wrote a letter opposing it , especially regarding the size of the project, the sport court, and the second/service entrance variance on my street, Seabreeze.
I am now reiterating my opposition to the unnecessary and potentially hazardous second/service entrance that they are again proposing. I live at 409 Seabreeze , and the vehicular traffic, not to mention the foot traffic, is becoming a serious concern. Please don’t allow this unnecessary variance.
Thank you for your service to Palm Beach , and your efforts to keep its architectural integrity intact.
    Best regards, Nicole Betts
