As the project for the pool house at 130 Clarendon Avenue is currently under review with your office, I am attaching two letters from neighboring property owners. They have reviewed and approved Michael Perry’s plans, endorsing the design of the pool house. These approvals should support the review process and address any concerns regarding the construction as it relates to our fellow neighbors.
