    Dear Sir/Madam:
    My wife and I own the property directly across the street from 353 El Brillo Way, where we are constructing our new home with a street address of 360 El Brillo Way.
    We have reviewed the request for a variance for 353 El Brillo Way and we are writing to inform you that we do not object to this request.
    As you will find, much like we did, the variance request is a very small request in terms of its impact. It seeks to close in an outdoor patio area to create a small closet. A portion of the patio already contains concrete block walls around its perimeter exceeding five feet in height.
    The small closet addition is very well screened by mature extensive landscaping, making it incapable of being seen either from the street that divides our respective properties, or from our home. It is guarded by a massive specimen tree that effectively blocks the patio/closet from view.
    Please accept this letter as our support for this variance request.
