    I have been an owner of residential and commercial spaces at a property adjacent to 240 Park Avenue since 1988. The space at 240 and 247 Park Avenue should remain as pocket parks. The best would be to have no walls or fences, just use vegetation, native if possible, fewer dense plantings and more open space. It would be nice to have 2 to 3 benches per park. The transformers need to be moved from where they are in the plan as they would block our easement access from Park Avenue. These parks should follow the same Town of Palm Beach park rules for times and use.
