ARC-24-065 (ZON-24-063) 137 E INLET DR (COMBO) The applicant, Ocean Inlet Revocable Trust, has filed an application requesting Architectural Commission review and approval for a driveway reconfiguration and installation of a vehicular gate requiring a variance. This is a combination project that shall be reviewed by Town Council as it pertains to zoning relief/approval.

    Dear Members of the Town Council and Arcom,
    I am writing regarding the proposed project at 137 E. Inlet Drive. I am a direct neighbor of the property and have reviewed the proposed plans and elevations. I support the proposed request for the project including the addition of a driveway gate, the closing of one of the driveway entrances, and the addition of a pedestrian gate and accompanying plantings. I believe this work will enhance the appearance and safety of the street. Thank you for your consideration and I hope you will approve my neighbor’s project.
