    Commission (ARCOM),
    I am writing to express my support for the application submitted by 1330 North Ocean Trust for the construction of a new residence at the aforementioned site. As a resident of Palm Beach, who lives right around the corner from this location at 208 Angler Avenue, I believe that this proposed project aligns with the character and aesthetic of our community while enhancing the architectural landscape of our neighborhood.
    The design concept presented by 1330 North Ocean Trust demonstrates a very thoughtful approach to blending contemporary elements with traditional Palm Beach architecture. The proposed house embodies elegance, sophistication, and a harmonious integration with its surroundings. Its scale, materials, and overall design ethos contribute positively to the streetscape at North Ocean/Ocean Terrace and maintains the integrity of our neighborhood's architectural heritage.
    Furthermore, I commend the applicant for their attention to detail and willingness to collaborate with their architect and ARCOM to ensure that the final design meets the highest standards of architectural excellence.
