    To Whom It May Concern,
I am sending this email to request that the South End A1A be submitted for a landmarking study to possibly achieve protections.
    Thank you,

    Dear Landmarks Commissioners:

Please ask the Town of Palm Beach to study the possibility of a Palm Beach South End Scenic District over the summer to determine if the southern A1A corridor would qualify and achieve protections that landmarking could offer. Landmarking the southern end of A1A would fold the last unprotected entrance into our city into the landmarking program.

    Thank you, Joan

    Dear Landmarks Commissioners,
I would like to urge you to consider options for the proposed DOT expansion of A1A in the South End.
It appears that there can be an opportunity for the Town to take control of that part, particularly the intersection of the Lake Worth bridge at A1A. I understand that if that corridor can be considered a landmark, then the Town would have ability to study protections for the area.
    Thank you for your consideration.

I support studying the landmarking of A1A from Sloan's Curve to the S. Palm Beach town line.

I live just south of Sloans Curve so I drive at least once a day along that road. Please take into account that many of us feel like the “Step children of Palm Beach”. All the bridges north of us are land marked, just because so many of us live in condos instead of magnificent homes shouldn’t make us less important. The Phipps Park is here which will bring more people to the South when it is finished. Can’t we have the opportunity to improve and beautifully that road? Or are we at the mercy of DOT?? Please at least make a study to investigate.
    Thanks for your consideration.
