The FLUE needs further edits to the GOP policies on Private Group Uses. These uses are no longer "low intensity", so those words should be removed, and the maximum lot coverage of 40% should be retained for crucial protection against over-scale and overly intense development (even if this percentage needs to be adjusted after further study). An alternative definition of "Quality of Life" has also been recommended by residents to more specifically address planning and zoning goals. Please see my e-mails, attached.
