I am more concerned with the work stopping time than when work starts.
I think all construction sites should be finished daily work and the site vacated by 5:00 pm.
I can make my life work around traffic by timing my trips during the times that traffic is less busy.
I cannot make my life work around construction going to 6:00 pm.
