Where the stripes are: How about a sloping lawn, raised at its southern end, at grade to the north, stone detailing to match the fountain?
the intersection is confusing and hazardous. It would be ideal for a roundabout as it is time consuming to figure out routes to get to the south side of County from here. Either County to Royal Palm and south to Chilean and around Town Hall or over to west on Royal, make u turn or Hibiscus up to County and go south- is this really a good solution? If ther is insufficient space for roundabout, then the ugly stiped lines need to be replaced with a landscaped area that is attractive and suitable for this historic and beautiful part of Town.
