I am writing to provide an update following the letter I sent to ARCOM on February 27, 2024 regarding the plans for a new house at 264 Dunbar Road. My husband Reuben Jeffery III and I live at 242 Dunbar Road. We have reviewed the revisions to the plans for 264 Dunbar Road with Michael Perry. We feel the current revision will have less impact on Bradley Place without adding any additional impact to Dunbar Road.
As I mentioned before, Reuben and I feel the plans for 264 Dunbar Road are in keeping with the other homes on the road and will be an improvement for the entire neighborhood.
