Town Council shall review the application as it pertains to zoning relief/approval.

    I live at 267 Dunbar Road in Palm Beach. Our neighbors at 264 Dunbar Road have submitted plans to the town of Palm Beach for a brand new home, which is directly across the street from me. I have reviewed the plans and believe this home will be a significant improvement for the entire neighborhood.
