ZON-24-007 (ARC-23-162) 223 SUNSET AVE (COMBO)—SPECIAL EXCEPTION AND VARIANCE The applicant, 223 SUNSET HOLDINGS LLC, has filed an application requesting Town Council review and approval for a modification to a previously approved Special Exception for shared on-site parking associated with a change of use from office to residential and a Variance to reduce the overall landscape open space to accommodate a new accessible ramp in the rear of the property. The Architectural Commission shall perform design review of the application.
