I just want to express my excitement and pleasure at the thought of Tutto Mare coming to Palm Beach and being the first direct waterfront restaurant in the town.
I lived in Southampton for many summers and found it to be a uniquely wonderful venue with a
beautifully expressed menu of local seafood and pastas, as well as having a marvelous staff that always did their utmost to please their customers. In addition, their clientele was a great mixture of lovers of Italian food of all ages, so it was a wonderful amalgam of fans. The decor was in perfect tune with the cuisine and high level of food and service.
I think it will be a great addition to the town of Palm Beach and to the already wonderful Royal Poinciana Plaza. I hope very much that you will approve their Special Exception Permit as everyone works hard to achieve the re-opening of the Playhouse.
