ZON-23-057 (ARC-23-069) 231 BRADLEY PL (COMBO) - SPECIAL EXCEPTION W/ SITE PLAN REVIEW The applicant, Bradley Palm, LLC, has filed an application requesting Town Council review and approval of a Special Exception with Site Plan Review for modifications to the second floor of a commercial building in the C-TS zoning district, in conjunction with rooftop modifications and increased roof height and site alterations. The Architectural Commission shall perform design review of the application.   This application was withdrawn by the applicant.
