To ARCOM Committee Members,
Margot and I are the owners of 346 Seabreeze Ave and would like to confirm our support to the building plans being reviewed tomorrow for 350 Seabreeze Ave.
Our property is adjacent to 350 Seabreeze Ave on the east side. Over the past few weeks, the new owner - Justin Besikof - and we have iterated back and forth on the site wall(s) and landscape plantings between our two properties. We both worked with Dustin Mizell of Environmental Design Group who was very helpful to arrive at what we believe is a good plan and one that benefits both our properties. I have included the agreed upon site and landscape plans below which will also be included within the broader ARCOM submission.
We hope that our process and outcome is a good example of neighbors working constructively through issues to arrive at mutually beneficial outcomes.
Respectfully yours,
Margot and Richard Stephenson

We have carefully reviewed the architectural renderings for the above-referenced property owned by Judith Goodman. They are beautiful and extremely tasteful. We believe the proposed house and landscaping will be a very attractive addition to Seabreeze Ave. and the "Sea" Streets. We have lived next door at 358 Seabreeze for over 40 years and we are very much in favor of ARCOM approving the Application and improvements to this property. Thank you.
Respectfully submitted,

To whom it may concern,
I am currently / and have been a 30 year resident of this Town. I spent the first 25 years on the North End ( 245 Jamaica Lane ) and now currently own a small home on / at 358 Seaspray Ave. I have been here long enough to experience our growth / and of course the challenges that come with such growth. I am also a real estate broker making me acutely aware of the delicate balance required to mangage through it all. I do believe that the above project does meet that delicate balance of scale , beauty, and size required to not just fit in / but actually add something special to the neighborhood. It has always been my feeling that great design always supersedes square feet. I think this design meets that criteria..

I enthusiastically support the design of the proposed home at 350 Seabreeze Avenue.
I feel the design reflects the original 1920’s character of the street and offers a charming addition to the streetscape.
I particularly like the faux porte-cochère and much prefer the ‘open’ concept as opposed to having a garage door facing the street.
Thank you.

Hi,
We are writing a letter of support for the new construction plan at 350 Seabreeze. We live across the street from Justin and his project at 360 Seaspray has only beautified our corridor and our views from our home. He always runs a clean and orderly site, and his end result is an upgrade to our neighborhood. Thank you and please let me know if you need anything further.
Sincerely,
Cara and Jared McClure
