    Received via email 11.14.23:
    Dear Mr. Murphy:
Please find attached copies of the correspondence and communications that the applicant has had and attempted to have with our east neighbor Anthony Beyer at 200 Tradewind Drive, and the seven adjacent property owners.
We understand from the previous ARCOM presentations that Mr. Beyer and some adjacent property owners were very concerned about the new proposed home to be built. We have made our best efforts to communicate and discuss our proposed replacement of the removed two-story home with a new partial two-story home to be constructed at 216 Tradewind Drive.
To provide the same opportunity to the other adjacent property owners, we have sent each of the adjacent property owners an informational package and welcomed the property owners to directly contact via cell phone Mr. Carl Sabatello, Applicant Representative, to discuss any questions or comments.
We respectfully request that the attached communication with our neighbors is made part of our application.
If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
    Sincerely,
    Raul Lima, AIA, NCARB
    Senior Project Manager

I am a resident at 360 South Ocean Blvd, which shares the west property line with 123 Chilean. After reading the proposed variances, I am very concerned about the negative impact that the mechanical noise associated with the proposed 10' setback instead of the 15' setback from our mutual property line will have on our residents residing on the west side of the building and also on those enjoying the pool. Please deny this variance. Thank you for your consideration of my concerns.
