Re: Objection to 318 Seasray
Dear ARCOM Commissioners,
I am writing regarding the house directly across the street from me on
Seaspray.
I live in a very simple Mediterranean home and originally selected
Seaspray Avenue because of its historic character.
The proposed house appears massive for the street despite its reasonable
size due to the proposed design. In addition, the style does not reflect
the warm character of Seaspray and would look better in one of the
estate sections.
Without going into details, I hope and trust that you will protect our
neighborhood and refer this project back to the drawing board.
Thank you as always for helping maintain the aesthetics of our town.
Sincerely,
Julia Hansen
