My wife Mandy and I own 425 Seabreeze Avenue, a property that we recently completed renovating after receiving a landmark designation from the Town. 425 Seabreeze is directly across the street from the proposed project.
I am writing to express Mandy’s and my full support for the proposed project at 428 Seabreeze. We have reviewed the plans and renderings, and they reflect a sensitive and thoughtful effort to preserve the character of the Lake block of Seabreeze Avenue. Completion of the project at 428 Seabreeze will preserve the special nature of our “Sea” street, while enhancing overall property values. We believe the project merits approval by the Town.
