ARC-23-093 (ZON-23-071) 220 ARABIAN RD (COMBO) The applicant, 206 CARIBBEAN LLC (Robert Frisbie), has filed an application requesting Architectural Commission review and approval for construction of a new 2-story residence with landscape, hardscape, and pool on a nonconforming parcel. This is a combination project that shall also be reviewed by Town Council as it pertains to zoning relief/approval.

    Dear ARCOM, RE: Requests referred to in my emailed letter to ARCOM Members. Subjects of Comment: Dissimilarity of design with the existing homes in our RB zoned neighborhood. Imbalanced Ratio of home sq. footage to size of non-conforming lot. Loss of neighbors' privacy and aesthetics. ..... Requests: 1. Require enclosing high walls and soundproofing gate to abate machinery noise, at rear of build. 2. Require that 2nd story architecture be positioned in the center and towards the street side of lot, not allowing direct overhang of and contiguity with the sides or back of property. 3. Require that the garage entrance be to the front and side of the property. 4. Require sufficiently high, native landscaping and trees to ameliorate neighbors' view of new building.
