My wife, Toni, and I are the owners of 208 Bahama Lane. We are pleased to write this letter in support of the McCann’s plans to build a new home on their property at 217 Bahama Lane.
The McCann’s are gracious neighbors and have shared their plans with us. The plans for their new home are lovely, tasteful and in keeping with the overall feel of our neighborhood. The proposed new home is a significant upgrade over the current home on the property and will be an enhancement to the entire neighborhood.
We wholeheartedly encourage ARCOM to approve the McCann’s proposal for their new home.
